In October we hold the AGM (at 13.15 on a normal training Sunday), all members are invited to attend. It is at this AGM that the Committee is elected and changes to rules etc are passed.

In December we hold our Presentation Evening when all Trophies, Certificates and Medals are presented. Trophy winners keep the Trophy for one year and are given a Shield to keep forever. Runners-up are given a Medal / Shield. Each year we have a guest speaker.
